Out of Overdrive is a 6-week, live, online psychoeducational program designed for women who feel chronically tense, stressed and exhausted despite functioning well in their daily lives.
Many women in overdrive don’t identify as “anxious” in the traditional sense. They are capable, responsible and outwardly successful. Yet internally, they feel braced, on edge and unable to fully relax. Rest doesn’t feel restorative. Decisions feel heavier than they should. Fatigue lingers no matter how much they sleep.
This program is for women who are tired of pushing through and ready to understand what’s actually happening in their nervous system and how to work with it instead of against it.

What “Overdrive” Really Is
Overdrive isn’t a personality trait or a failure to manage stress well. It’s a nervous system pattern.
When the nervous system has learned—often over many years—that staying alert, productive, or emotionally guarded is necessary, it can get stuck in a state of chronic activation. Even when life slows down, the body doesn’t automatically follow.
Out of Overdrive focuses on:
